Job description

The Windows Systems Administrator is responsible for installing, managing, and upgrading Windows-based systems and servers. Other duties include: managing data security, configuring user access, and maintaining the stability of the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring applications on windows servers.
  • Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
  • Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
  • Install and manage windows servers.
  • Develop and execute back up policies and disaster recovery protocols.
  • Implement actions to guaranty high availability of the system.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing Windows Servers.
  • Experience managing Active Directory (desirable).
  • Desirable with experience managing Exchange Servers.
  • Desirable with experience managing DNS servers.
  • Microsoft Certifications will be considered as a plus
