At Strategic HHRR Solutions we implement four different types of recruitment models. There are a number of different approaches, however, the models we choose helps us improve our seach for qualified personnel to be hired for our clients. The models are the following:
Contingency Search:
We search for the right candidate working alongside with other agencies. We only collect the data if the candidate meets all the requirements to successfully fill the position.
Retained Excecutive Search:
We charge an upfront sum to our clients in order to carry out the search of an executive candidate. In addition, we work on an exclusive basis, which means that the role is exclusive to the particular executive recruitment company that has been retained.
Outsourcing Recruiment:
This model allows us to outsource the whole recruitment process, speeding up the hiring timing, while relieving pressure to our in-house HR team. The advantage of this model is that we can focus on the overall talent and more specifically, to the bussiness needs.
Exclusive Recruitment
We prepare an agreement with the client to get the exclusive power to hire for a determined role. This exclusive power is usually given for a period of time. Once the agreed time has elapsed and the position isn’t filled, it can be opened to other recruiters. At our agency, we offer special rates to our clients in order to get the chance to recruit on an exclusive basis.
